Critical AI Notice
BeyondGravity utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (Athena, Pragna) to provide college counseling and career guidance. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can occasionally produce incorrect information ("hallucinations"). You agree that you will not rely solely on AI advice for critical life decisions without verifying with official sources or using our "Human Review" service.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Services
By creating an account or accessing BeyondGravity, you agree to be bound by these legally binding Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Academic Integrity & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to generate fraudulent application materials. Specifically:
- You will not submit essays written entirely by AI as your own work.
- You will not falsify extracurricular achievements or grades in your profile.
- You understand that Athena is designed to coach (explain concepts, brainstorm), not cheat (write for you).
We actively monitor for patterns of academic dishonesty and reserve the right to suspend accounts found violating these principles without refund.
3. Limitation of Liability
BeyondGravity is an information provider, not a guarantor of admission results. We do not guarantee acceptance to any specific university or scholarship program. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeyondGravity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including rejection from educational institutions.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction: USA / International
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
